Levante have signed Yanis Musuayi from Club Brugge on a contract running until June 2030, the club said in a statement.

The move comes two days after the sale of striker Carlos Espí, with the Belgian set to vie for a place under Luís Castro. The timing meets the target of adding a forward in time for pre-season and several weeks of work with his new head coach.

Born on 26 June 2007, Musuayi arrives after a standout year in the Challenger Pro League with Club NXT, Brugge’s B team. He also impressed in the UEFA Youth League, playing 10 matches and scoring six goals.

He developed at KSKL Ternat, AFC Tubize, FCV Dender, KAA Gent, KSC Lokeren and KMSK Deinze, where he made his professional debut in 2024. Club Brugge recruited him later that year, and he continued his progress in Belgium’s second tier.

In the Challenger Pro League he has featured in 44 games, netting seven. He has represented Belgium at under-18 and under-19 level.

Musuayi will link up with Levante in the coming days to work under Luís Castro as he begins his spell in Orriols.
