The Blues have dropped costly points in their last two games against Leeds and Burnley at Stamford Bridge, with Rosenior unhappy with the manor his team are throwing away points.

Chelsea travel to Arsenal on Sunday afternoon knowing they need to take something from the game to avoid suffering another blow in the race for Champions League football.

Liam Rosenior on Malo Gusto no look pass

Chelsea have been the masters of their own downfall over the last two games, and have once again been exposed by their inability to defend set pieces.

Joe Cole is concerned that weakness could be exposed by Arsenal, and there were a lot of questions aimed at the players after the Burnley result.

Wesley Fofana was criticised for his red card, whilst Malo Gusto was seen attempting a no look pass when Chelsea were in a promising attacking position.

That clip was widely circulated on social media, and Rosenior was asked about it ahead of the game with Arsenal.

“I don’t like hanging players out to dry for one moment because Malo was very good in the game,” he told Mail Sport.

It’s fair to say that moment perhaps showed a naivety to Chelsea and lack of maturity, which again is something that has been levelled on countless occasions.
