Chelsea head coach has given a perfect response to Chelsea fans being angry at half time versus West Ham last night.

The Blues made it very tough for themselves again, but they came from behind to beat West Ham 3-2 at home last night in the Premier League, to send their fans crazy at full time.

But it certainly was a different story at half time. Chelsea went in 2-0 down and it looked like they could end up being thrashed in this game. But some changes by Rosenior during the break and a different looking Chelsea side when the first half started, saw them come back from two goals down to score three of their own and win the game. They were booed off and jeered by their own fans at half time when they went in 2-0 down, and you can understand why. What a difference 45 minutes makes.

I dislike snapping back

I don’t like when players snap back at the fans. After all, no fans, no game. These guys pay their hard earned money to be there week in, week out. This is why I LOVED Liam Rosenior’s response to Chelsea fans being angry at half time.

As cited on X, Rosenior said on fans being angry at half time: “They were right, I would have booed us in the first half, but to see them so happy 45 minutes later makes me proud.”

Perfect answer this. Not snapping back, not deflecting, not making any excuses. Fair shout, Liam.
