Ligue 1: L’Equipe’s matchday 11 team, no PSG players

As after every championship round, L’Équipe has established its ideal team for the 1st day of Ligue 1 2025-2026 that took place this weekend (find the results and standings here). With its 1-0 victory against Nice (PSG/Nice video summary) at the Parc des Princes, Paris Saint-Germain sees none of its players selected.

There is no great surprise, we saw the ratings of the Parisians in the press. The press was harsh on a PSG that largely dominated but only managed to score at the end of the match. Nonetheless, we can highlight that other players were in good form this weekend and deserve to be honored.
