Colombian centre-back Brayan Medina (23) is set to leave Portuguese side Tondela during the January transfer window, as per a report from Fabrizio Romano. Three clubs have made enquiries about acquiring his services.
Medina only joined Tondela, currently in the relegation zone in Portugal’s top-flight, over the summer, joining in a deal worth €2.5m from Colombian side CD América. He has made 12 appearances during the first half of the campaign, but he could already be set for a swift exit.
The Colombia U23 international is the subject of enquiries from three clubs: Lille OSC, OGC Nice, and Anderlecht, as per Romano.
The two Ligue 1 clubs are both looking for defensive reinforcements ahead of the opening of the transfer window on January 1st. LOSC have been stretched in this department, due to an injury sustained by Alexsandro back in September, whilst Le Gym have been without Moise Bombito, Mohamed Abdelmonem, and Youssouf Ndayishimiye. The latter two suffered ACLs at the end of last season, whilst Dante has also featured sparingly. Medina, who is expected to leave Tondela, could be the solution.
