According to L'Équipe, Lille are exploring the feasibility of signing Le Havre goalkeeper Mory Diaw.
Adding a goalkeeper with the profile to challenge the Turkish starter, Berke Özer, is among the club’s priorities this window.
Diaw, 33, is under contract at Le Havre for one more season.
The Senegal international is well known in Ligue 1 and particularly impressed against Lille late last season, making nine saves in a 1-1 draw on 3 May.
He was awarded a rating of 8 for that display. During pre-season he has been sharing minutes with Lionel Mpasi.
