Lincoln ‘to join’ Vila Nova, deal pending medical | OneFootball

Lincoln has lined up a move to Vila Nova, with the 25-year-old forward in line to play in Brazil's Série B. The agreement has not been announced and depends on a medical.

Ge reports that the contract would run until the end of this year, and it is not yet clear whether it is a loan or a permanent move.

Lincoln remains under contract with Spartak Subotica until the end of 2027. He produced four goals and one assist in 16 matches in 2025/26, but was not registered for the 2026/27 Prva Liga Srbije, the club's only competition.

Vila Nova-GO are coached by Guto Ferreira. Lincoln would compete for minutes at centre-forward with André Luís, and also face competition from Rafa Silva and Dellatorre once they return from injury.

A Flamengo academy graduate, he was part of the 2019 Copa Libertadores-winning squad and the 2019 and 2020 Brazilian league titles. He played 20 matches for Flamengo in 2020, scoring three and providing one assist.

Since leaving Flamengo, he has had spells at Vissel Kobe, Cruzeiro, SCR Altach, Athletic-MG and Spartak Subotica.
