Jesse Lingard missed Corinthians' final training with a thigh issue before the Conmebol Libertadores round of 16 second leg against Rosario Central. He is initially included in the squad and will be assessed before Thursday's 21:30 Brasília time kick-off at Neo Química Arena.

According to Globo.com, the English forward was rested on Wednesday and did not work with the group at CT Joaquim Grava.

André Ramalho is a confirmed absentee due to labyrinthitis. The centre-back spent two days in hospital from Monday night for observation and was discharged on Wednesday, and he will be re-evaluated in the coming days.

Corinthians completed preparations with a video briefing, gym activation, two tactical drills, set-piece routines and penalty practice.

After agreeing a contract extension, Memphis Depay returned to the squad, took part in some first-team work and is expected to start on the bench. André Carrillo will replace Allan, who is suspended following his red card in the first leg.

Corinthians are expected to start with Hugo Souza, Matheuzinho, Gabriel Paulista, Gustavo Henrique, Matheus Bidu, Raniele, Carrillo, Breno Bidon, Rodrigo Garro, Kaio César and Pedro Raul.

Other absentees are Yuri Alberto and André, both with right hamstring injuries. Vitinho is recovering from left knee meniscus surgery, Zakaria Labyad from left knee meniscus surgery and an ACL rupture, and Kayke from left ACL surgery.
