All eyes will be on the Prince Abdallah Stadium in Rabat this Sunday evening, the stage for the grand final of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations between Morocco and Senegal.

Both teams approach this historic showdown with the same ambition: to clinch a second continental crown and join Algeria and the Democratic Republic of Congo in the competition's illustrious roll of honour, which so far boasts 15 champion nations.

Roared on by their fans and with home advantage, the Atlas Lions secured their ticket to the final after eliminating Nigeria on penalties (4-2). On the other side, the Lions of Teranga booked their spot by edging out Egypt (1-0), thanks to a decisive strike from Al-Nassr forward Sadio Mané.

The opening whistle is set for 19:00 GMT. The match will be officiated by Congolese referee Jean-Jacques Ndala, assisted by Guylain Bongele Ngila and Gradel Muania Mbilizi, while VAR duties will be handled by Pierre Ghislain Atcho.
