Liverpool believes they will beat Arsenal to highly regarded forward

Arsenal are expected to intensify their pursuit of Bradley Barcola after missing out on Morgan Rogers, although Liverpool also remain firmly interested in signing the Paris Saint-Germain attacker this summer.
