There's an incredible wonderkid catching the eye at Liverpool right now.
Things aren't looking great on the pitch. Another defeat and Arne Slot's men look lost. There's little inspiration or even hope to clutch onto.
But as always, the club will go on. Because at the end of the storm, there's a golden sky. And all Liverpool have to do is to persist.
Away from the first-team though there's plenty of promise within the club's ranks. Richard Hughes and the academy are in the process of building a team not just for this season but for the next decade.
That's why so many of the club's new signings in the summer were under the age of 23. It's also why we've seen the likes of Rio Ngumoha and Trey Nyoni having been promoted into the senior set-up.
The latter has caught the eye every time he has featured in a Liverpool shirt and became the club's youngest ever goal-scorer when he netted a winner against Newcastle United.
That goal has seen a lot of the spotlight go to Ngumoha. He was only 16-years-old when he had scored it and he has since turned 17-years-old but he's still so young.
A lot of people regard him as the best talent in his age-group. Some have even likened him to Lamine Yamal but Liverpool might have a better candidate worthy of being compared to the Barcelona teenage sensation.
At this moment in time the club's academy is producing a player who is not only the best in his age group in the country but probably world football.
And how showcased that at the weekend, writing history for the club's U18 side.
Joshua Abe is only 15-years-old but already he has been promoted to Liverpool's U18 team. The right-winger started only his third game for the Reds in the U18 Premier League against Manchester City on Saturday.
And he didn't disappoint, Abe scored and registered an assist to inspire Liverpool to their first victory over City at this level in over six years.
Abe's goal also means he has now become the youngest ever player to score for Liverpool at U18 level. He was only 15 years, three months and one day old, which beat Joe Bradshaw's previous record by 19 days.
Incidentally, it also beat Ngumoha's own record which he achieved at Chelsea by 19 days as well.

Abe is a special talent. He's also already made his U21 debut in a friendly during September and he's regarded as one of the best prospects the club has ever produced at his age-group.
Right now he's the best 15-year-old in the country and in the world as well.
His international form has been extremely impressive for England's U15 and U16 national teams averaging a goal or assist every 66 minutes he has spent on the pitch and a whopping 13 dribbles per 90 minutes.
He's an incredible impactful player who also scored a brace and registered two assists in his only appearance in the U17 Premier League Cup for Liverpool this season.
Abe's speed and his shooting ability makes him a one of a kind player. The kind of player Yamal was before he broke through at Barcelona.
And if he keeps going, it won't be long until he's also knocking on the first-team door.
