In a recent report, Fichajes claimed that Liverpool have identified Bayern Munich winger Michael Olise as a target. It is believed that the Reds are eyeing a move to bring the French wide player to Anfield next year.
Olise is having another productive campaign at the Bavarian club as he has produced a run of impressive displays on the right side of their attack. The French sensation has banged in five goals and grabbed six assists in ten matches for Bayern Munich this season in all competitions.
The 23-year-old deserves a ton of credit for averaging 4.25 shots per 90 minutes in the Bundesliga. He has kept 54.5% of his attempts on target. Olise has also been accurate when distributing possession in the final third, as evidenced by his pass success rate of 80.1% in the top tier of German football (stats via fbref.com).
His current contract at the Allianz Arena will run out in the summer of 2029. Hence, the Reds would have to make a big offer if they are serious about recruiting the French wide player next year.

Olise is a good dribbler with the ball at his feet and has got the vision to create some inviting chances for his teammates in the final third. He can shoot the ball with venom and precision from long range and can contribute by scoring and creating his fair share of goals up top.
The French talent is primarily a right-winger but can also operate as an attacking midfielder if asked to do so. He already knows the Premier League well from his time at Crystal Palace and has what it takes to make an immediate impact at the Merseyside club.
We can expect Olise to bring more firepower to Liverpool head coach Arne Slot’s attack. He is more than capable of earning a regular first-team spot at Anfield in the coming years.
At 23, Olise will only get better with each season. Therefore, it makes sense for the Reds to go all out to get him on board this January or next summer. Furthermore, Olise would also serve as an ideal replacement for Mohamed Salah, who has entered the final stage of his Liverpool career.
