Nevertheless, the Egyptian star still enjoys the support of Virgil van Dijk. The Reds' captain hopes the Egyptian winger will stay at the club this summer.

"I think Mo is still just as important for us. He remains a leader and, personally, as captain, it's vital for me to have him on the pitch because his presence benefits the whole team. I always want Mo to stay because he's a good friend and we've been through good times and bad together for so many years," the Dutchman told the press.
