‘Liverpool’s Offer Is Lower Than Aston Villa’s’ – Interest Heating Up In Teenage Attacker | OneFootball

Paris Saint-Germain are yet to make a final call on Aston Villa and Liverpool transfer target Ibrahim Mbaye, while Villa’s proposal on the table is higher than the Reds’.

After winning back-to-back Champions Leagues, interest in PSG players is at a premium this summer.

Bradley Barcola remains a player who is being seriously pursued by Liverpool, and so is teenage winger Mbaye, for both of whom the Reds are eyeing a sensational double raid.

PSG are prepared to let Barcola go for the right price, though the situation on Mbaye, despite him wanting a move, appears to be far more fluid.

Mbaye has already been the subject of two to three offers from multiple clubs, among whom are Bayer Leverkusen and Aston Villa, along with Liverpool.

However, according to PSG insider PSGINSIDE-ACTUS, the Parisians ‘haven’t made a call’ on Mbaye as things stand, even though the attacker has been clear about his desire to leave the Parc des Princes.

It has been suggested that ‘Liverpool’s offer is lower than Aston Villa’s’, while how much Bayer Leverkusen have put on the table for he 18-year-old is unclear.

Mbaye’s entourage have been advising him to stay at PSG and the French champions may well be hoping that he has a rethink.

The winger is a player who has been tracked by West Ham, but the Hammers being relegated out of the Premier League has virtually ended their hopes of competing for his signature.

Mbaye is a product of PSG’s youth system and held in high regard by the French side.

He did though fail to secure regular game time at the Parc des Princes last term and will not want a repeat of that in the new campaign.

Mbaye is a senior Senegal international and any club that sign the winger will have to be prepared for the prospect of losing him for six weeks when the Africa Cup of Nations rolls around.
