The Pride announced the news via a post on their official club website earlier today.
The 21-year-old England youth international centre-back joins London City Lionesses after leaving former club Arsenal earlier this summer.
Goldie is no stranger to London City Lionesses. The player enjoyed a successful loan spell with the club last season. Goldie made 24 appearances for The Pride in all competitions, helping the club to win the Barclays WSL2 title.
It always seemed likely that Goldie would return to Hayes Lane this season and a deal has now been completed.
After signing on with London City Lionesses, Goldie said “I’m delighted to be back to be honest, it feels like a long time coming, but I’m so excited to be here. Winning the league was unbelievable, I think when I joined, I didn’t even think of it being a possibility.
“I learnt to continue being resilient, it wasn’t an easy season at times, but to work well with those around me, we really had to create good relationships on and off the pitch and everyone proved their worth.
“It’s evident how ambitious the club is, it’s one of the main things that makes me happy to sign here and excited for the future.
“We’ve got a growing fanbase, we saw the difference from the beginning of the season to the end and they really helped, especially those in Birmingham.
“I want to play as much as possible and get as much experience as I can in the WSL. I want to prove that I can compete at that level. Very quickly it felt like home, last season was amazing for so many reasons and I didn’t want to leave.”
Goldie is London City Lionesses’ fourth signing of the summer transfer window.
