Lovro Majer leaves Wolfsburg to join AEK Athens

Lovro Majer, 28, has left Wolfsburg to join AEK Athens for an undisclosed fee, after completing a medical and signing for the reigning Greek champions.

Wolfsburg sporting director Pirmin Schwegler said Majer had asked for a fresh sporting challenge and that AEK offered a solution that suited both parties, adding thanks and best wishes for his future.
