Lucas Paquetá rejects West Ham farewell amid Flamengo talks

Flamengo are holding talks with West Ham to complete Lucas Paquetá's January return, and he has turned down an official farewell from the club to hasten his move back to Brazil.

According to Coluna Do Fla, Flamengo intend to offer 40 million euros, 35 million fixed and 5 million in performance bonuses, and Paquetá has agreed salary terms on a four-year contract.

Lucas is waiting for president Luiz Eduardo Baptista to arrive back in Brazil on Sunday 18, when he will meet José Boto to settle the payment structure before a new proposal is sent to West Ham.
