Garcia helped United to their highest-ever WSL position of second in 2022/23, to UWCL qualification for the first time and in 2023/24 a first FA Cup Final success.

She made a total of 60 appearances in her time with the Reds, scoring 16 goals.

Garcia told manutd.com: “For me, it has been two incredible seasons. I was so happy to have been a part of this team and to have helped the team. We are like a family.

“But at the end of the day, I have to say goodbye. That’s so hard for me, and the only thing I can say to you all is I love you [from] the bottom of my heart.”
