Luis Milla set for Como 1907 move as Getafe near six million euro sale | OneFootball

Como 1907 are finalising a deal for Getafe midfielder Luis Milla for a fee in the region of six million euros, after the player approved the move, according to Superdeporte.

Talks between the clubs have accelerated in recent days and, barring an unexpected twist, the agreement is set to be finalised in the coming hours. It would end his four-season spell with Getafe.

The 31-year-old remains under contract at Getafe until June 2027, though there is a mutual pact to ease his departure this summer for a pre-agreed sum well below his release clause.

For Como, Milla would add experience and quality to the centre of the pitch. The Italian club continue to recruit players with LaLiga pedigree as they look to consolidate an ambitious project.

Getafe, meanwhile, are poised to lose a key midfield presence and will need to turn to the market to secure a dependable replacement.
