Luka Modrić sends message to former Real Madrid teammate Bellingham | OneFootball

Real Madrid legend Luka Modrić has sent a message of delight the way of ex-Blancos teammate Jude Bellingham.

As much comes in celebration of the Englishman’s return to the pitch.

Bellingham of course marked his long-awaited Real Madrid comeback this past weekend.

En route to Los Blancos’ 2-0 La Liga victory over Espanyol, the 21-year-old was introduced to proceedings off the bench during the 2nd-half.

This marked Bellingham’s first appearance of the campaign, after the youngster was forced into an extended spell on the sidelines following shoulder surgery over the summer.

Messages of well wishes and congratulations, in turn, have since come pouring in for Bellingham from across the world of football.

And as alluded to above, adding his name to this list of well wishers on Sunday was a former midfield partner of Bellingham’s in the Spanish capital.

Taking to the comments section of the England international’s latest post on Instagram, AC Milan star Luka Modrić wrote:

‘Yes brate (brother), finally!’
