Luna Diale, fit again: what will Madelón do against Talleres? | OneFootball

Mauro Luna Diale has recovered from the muscle injury he suffered against Sarmiento and is once again available to Leonardo Madelón for Unión’s next match. The forward had to come off during the first half of the 4-1 win over the team from Junín.

The recovery is good news for the coach, who will also have Julián Palacios back after the midfielder served his two-match suspension following his red card against Aldosivi. On the other hand, Cristian Tarragona will be unavailable against Talleres due to the red card he received in the win over Instituto.

Luna Diale had started the Torneo Clausura as a starter, although internal competition increased with Ignacio Malcorra’s strong form and the growing role of Brahian Cuello. For this reason, the attacker could begin the match on the bench and gradually get minutes.

Palacios’s return and Luna Diale’s recovery give Madelón more attacking options for a match in which he will have to replace Tarragona.

Unión will visit Talleres this Saturday at 8:00 p.m. at the Mario Alberto Kempes Stadium, aiming to extend their good run and keep climbing the standings in the Torneo Clausura.
