Lyon identify Julien Duranville as Afonso Moreira’s replacement as agreement is reached with Dortmund | OneFootball

According to a report from Sky Germany, Lyon have identified Borussia Dortmund’s Julien Duranville (20) as their replacement for the departing Afonso Moreira (21). The Portuguese forward looks set to depart the Groupama Stadium to join Bayer Leverkusen.  

Moreira has agreed to move to the Bundesliga, and the German club are currently negotiating with OL over a potential deal in the region of €30m. Final details still need to be solved and agreed upon, but signs point towards the former Sporting forward playing in Germany next season. 

Lyon reach agreement to sign Duranville

Les Gones have acted quickly to secure Moreira’s replacement and have reached an agreement with Dortmund to sign the Belgian winger in the region of €8.5m. The 20-year-old spent last season out on loan at Basel, making 16 appearances in the Swiss first division.
