Pavel Sulc is one of the major absentees as Olympique Lyonnais prepare to face Olympique de Marseille in Sunday night’s Choc des Olympiques.

Paulo Fonseca’s side are weakened by several injuries to first-team players. Ruben Kluivert is one of those expected to miss the game for Lyon, and so it will be Nicolás Tagliafico who plays at left-back. However, most of the absences affect the forward positions.

Sulc is absent, as is Afonso Moreira. Malick Fofana and Ernest Nuamah, both of whom are recovering from long-term injuries, are not ready to return for OL. As a result, it is Roman Yaremchuk who is expected to start alongside Real Madrid loanee Endrick at the Vélodrome this evening. Corentin Tolisso is expected to support in the No.10 role.
