Olympique Lyonnais have reached an agreement to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Julien Duranville (20), according to a report from L’Équipe.
Lyon had been targeting the Belgium international as a replacement for Malick Fofana, who had been expected to depart. Ultimately, however, he looks set to replace Afonso Moreira. The Portuguese winger looks to be closing in on a €32m move to Bayer Leverkusen just one year after joining Sporting CP in a €2m deal.
As per L’Équipe, OL have reached an agreement with Borussia Dortmund. The deal will be worth €5.5m (not including bonuses). The winger, who is capable on playing both sides of the attack, is set to sign a five-year contract.
Struggling for game time at Borussia Dortmund, Duranville spent the second half of last season on loan at FC Basel. In Switzerland, he played 16 times, scoring twice and registering one assist. Les Gones are also looking to conclude a deal for Mads Bidstrup.
