Maguire Gets 7, Dorgu With 5 | Manchester United Players Rated In Poor Loss Vs Hull City

Manchester United faced off against Hull City at the MKM Stadium earlier today as they hoped to secure a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Red Devils made a slow start to the game and conceded the opening goal in the 17th minute when Semi Ajayi found the back of the net. Nobel Mendy doubled his team’s lead in the 38th minute as Man United went into the half-time break 2-0 down on the scoreline.
Michael Carrick’s men failed to mount a comeback in the second 45 minutes and crashed to a poor 2-0 loss away from home.
Let’s take a look at how each Manchester United player fared during the clash against Hull City.
He made a couple of solid saves at the back but won’t be pleased after conceding twice in the first half.
RB; Noussair Mazraoui – 6.5/10
Mazraoui cleared the danger when he could and made two good chances going forward.
CB: Harry Maguire – 7/10
He put his foot through the ball when needed and was a threat at the other end of the field.
CB: Ayden Heaven – 6/10
Heaven failed to give a good account of himself on the defensive end of the pitch.

LB: Luke Shaw – 6.5/10
Shaw caught the eye at times on both halves but it was not enough today.
CM: Andrey Santos – 6/10
He did his fair share of defending but offered very little going forward.
CM: Youri Tielemans – 6/10
Tielemans struggled to impress during his time on the field.
RW: Bryan Mbeumo – 6/10
He was not shy of having a strike at goal but failed to take his chances.
CAM: Bruno Fernandes – 6.5/10
Fernandes was a constant menace in the final third but lacked the cutting edge in the final third.
LW: Patrick Dorgu – 5/10
He struggled to prove his worth in the first half and was replaced at half-time.
ST: Matheus Cunha – 6/10
Cunha wanted to make things happen inside the Hull half but lacked the cutting edge in front of goal.
LW: Marcus Rashford – 6.5/10
Rashford engineered a few decent chances for his teammates in the final third.
CM: Kobbie Mainoo – 6/10
He failed to catch the eye after coming off the bench.
ST: Benjamin Sesko – 6/10
Sesko was a threat up top.
RB: Diogo Dalot – 6.5/10
He made one good chance going forward.
