Maguire gives verdict on best team in Premier League this season | OneFootball

Harry Maguire has given his verdict on the Premier League title race and believes Arsenal are a ‘better team’ than Manchester City.

The Manchester United centre-back was asked for his verdict on the title rivals, in an interview with former Arsenal striker Ian Wright for The Overlap.

Arsenal lead the title race by two points, ahead of hosting Burnley in the Premier League tonight. The Gunners can be crowned champions tomorrow night, if Mikel Arteta’s team beat Burnley, and Manchester City drop points at Bournemouth.

Maguire believes Arsenal will ‘have enough’ to get over the line and outlined why he believes the North Londoners have been the Premier League’s best side this season.

“I always thought Arsenal were the better team when we played them. They give you nothing. They were so solid. We beat you at the Emirates but we didn’t create much, and we scored two worldies.

“We played well that day but we didn’t actually create too much inside the box. You defend the box so well. I always thought you’d have enough (to win the title). I still think you’ll have enough.”
