Maicon extended his lead at the top of Corinthians’ 2026 futsal scoring chart after striking in a 4-0 win over Praia Grande in the Campeonato Paulista de Futsal opener at Ginásio Wlamir Marques on Wednesday night.

Rick, Kevin and Caio Barros also scored as Timão began their campaign with a clean sheet. As reported by Meu Timao, the winger had already showcased his scoring touch in 2025.

Behind Maicon are fellow wingers Kevin and Igor Bredof and pivot Fabinho on two goals each. Caio Barros, Da Bonja, Lucas Martins, Renatinho and Rick are on one apiece.

Maicon finished last season on 21 goals, one behind Lucas Martins on 22 and four short of 2025’s top scorer, pivot Deives with 25 in his final Timão campaign.

He can stretch his advantage on Friday 3 at 20:30 when Corinthians host Magnus Futsal in LNF round two at Ginásio Wlamir Marques.

The ranking may then pause, with Corinthians not back in action until Saturday 18 April at 17:30 away to Carlos Barbosa at Centro Sérgio Luiz Guerra in Rio Grande do Sul, in LNF round three.
