Man City confirm Anderson is set to join from Nottingham Forest | OneFootball

Manchester City have confirmed that they are set to complete the signing of midfielder Elliot Anderson from Nottingham Forest.

The deal is believed to be worth around £116m – which will make him Manchester City’s record signing and the most ever paid for a British player.

Anderson has completed his medical while with the England squad in the USA, and City say the formalities of the deal will be finished when he returns home after the World Cup.

Anderson joined Forest in 2024 from his boyhood club Newcastle, going on to make 92 appearances for the club over two seasons.
