Manchester City are making short work of their bid to close the gap in the title race.

In just 15 first-half minutes, Pep Guardiola's side put three past Fulham as they look set to move three points closer to Arsenal at the Premier League's summit.

But in among the clinical display was a milestone for one of the Etihad Stadium's own.

Phil Foden set up Erling Haaland for the hosts' third of the evening and in doing so reached a century of goal involvements in the English top flight.

The homegrown playmaker has racked up 68 goals and 32 assists since becoming an established regular in Guardiola's line-up after he graduated from City's youth ranks.

Haaland also had cause to celebrate with his 107th Premier League goal helping him become the joint fourth highest scorer in the club's history against the Cottagers.

The Norwegian scored his 153rd City goal in all competitions from just 183 outings which saw him level with the iconic Colin Bell in the club's all-time rankings.

It's proving to be a night for the record books at the Etihad!
