A stunning second-half performance from City sees them close the gap on leaders Arsenal to six points with a game fewer played.

As you may know by now, the two sides meet at the Etihad next Sunday in a game that could decide the title. It could hardly be bigger.

Chelsea, on the other hand, continue to slide with three Premier League losses on the spin and five in their last six in all competitions.

Hopes of a top five finish are fast receding and the pressure has only grown further on Liam Rosenior.

So many questions for Chelsea as a club right now.

For all the money spent, they are miles off the top and look to be going backwards.

Expect to see this photo in the coming days.

Stamford Bridge is emptying as we head into eight minutes of added time.

Cole Palmer sends a free-kick low and into the body of Donnarumma.

Not been his day or his season albeit injuries and wider issues have not helped.

Former Chelsea man Mateo Kovačić is on for City as he continues his injury return.

Phil Foden and Savinho have joined the fray too.

Chelsea are on the verge of three consecutive league losses without scoring for the first time in 28 years.

Add in the 8-2 aggregate defeat to PSG and Liam Rosenior is under major pressure.

Rodri went down with an ankle injury but appears to be okay.

GOAL! DOKU MAKES IT THREE!

Game, set, match Manchester City.

Moisés Caicedo loses the ball on the edge of the box and Doku makes him pay, smashing the ball into the corner of the net.

Palmer gets a sight of goal but Guéhi's block sends it over the bar.

Chelsea badly need someone to step up here.

Alejandro Garnacho is set to come on. Could it be him?

O'Reilly's day is done as he comes off with a knock.

Rayan Ait-Nouri is on his place.

Guéhi was at Chelsea from 2007 to 2019 but he had no problem celebrating. Who could blame him?

Both Chelsea and Arsenal fans need a minor miracle now.

GOA! 2-0 TO CITY!

Chelsea can't hang on and it's a former player who's made them pay.

Cherki does brilliantly again, slipping in Marc Guéhi who takes a perfect touch before slotting into the bottom corner.

Game over?

City have Chelsea here on the ropes and a second goal feels imminent.

It's vital the home side hang on here.

That's now nine goals for the season from O'Reilly, who has been sensational in recent weeks.

Will he start at left-back for England in the World Cup?

GOAL! MAN CITY TAKE THE LEAD!

City have stepped it up after the break and now they have their goal.

It's Nico O'Reilly who's scored another crucial goal, heading home from Cherki's cross.

Cole Palmer shoulders Doku off the ball to win a goal kick for Chelsea.

There's weak penalty shouts but that's the biggest impact the ex-City man has had in this game so far.

Good start to the second half from City with a couple of chances.

Rayan Cherki has just put one past the post with the aid of a deflection.

Chelsea's last Premier League win at Stamford Bridge came behind closed doors during the COVID pandemic when Frank Lampard was in charge.

Their last in front of fans was in December 2018 under Maurizio Sarri.

BACK UNDER WAY!

Can one of these sides take this game by the scruff of the neck?

HALF TIME!

Not a huge amount to shout about.

Arsenal fans will be the most enthused so far.

Hopefully things pick up after the break.

Just the one minute of added time to end the first half.

Antoine Semenyo gets involved for what feels like the first time, fashioning a chance before seeing his shot deflected past the post.

Needless to say, we could do with a goal here to liven things up.

Chelsea will be the happier of the two sides so far.

CHANCE!

And Rayan Cherki will be disappointed not to have done better.

O'Reilly brilliantly charges down the left before pulling the ball back to the Frenchman on the edge of the box.

His shot goes straight at Sánchez however.

35 minutes gone and a first mention of Haaland. Says a lot.

At the other end, Sánchez is finally put into action.

Bernardo Silva gets on a Nico O'Reilly cutback but the Chelsea keeper gathers it before Erling Haaland can pounce.

Neto puts the ball over the City defence forcing Donnarumma to come out and just clear it.

He wasn't sure to come at first.

João Pedro makes a great run across the box but just can't connect with Malo Gusto's inviting cross.

Story of the game so far. Promising at times but lacking that real quality.

City haven't been up to much so far here with Robert Sánchez yet to be tested.

Donnarumma is forced into work after a strong run and shot from Pedro Neto.

The winger barged Rodri off the ball with ease in the build-up.

CHELSEA GOAL RULED OUT!

Marc Cucurella finishes with aplomb from the left-hand side of the box past Gianluigi Donnarumma.

However, he was just offside when João Pedro slipped him in.

Let off for City.

For context - there's the City away kit which has a waterdrop design. Not sure how many fans are buying that!

Chelsea haven't seen much of the ball but are getting a bit of joy on the break.

Is that by design from Liam Rosenior?

Enzo Fernández is sat behind the substitutes as he sees out a two-game ban imposed by Chelsea for comments alluding to a possible move to Real Madrid.

Frank Lampard is also in attendance as he prepares to return to the Premier League with Coventry.

City have started the better with only Levi Colwill stopping Marc Guéhi from heading the ball into Erling Haaland's path from a Matheus Nunes cross.

It has to be said though, that away kit is truly awful.

KICK OFF!

And we are up and running at the Bridge. Huge game for both clubs.

Kick off in West London is in 10 minutes.

From the bottom to the top and our our next game where Chelsea and Manchester City meet at Stamford Bridge.

After Arsenal's shock loss at home to Bournemouth, Pep Guardiola and his side have the chance to close the gap to six points ahead of their mammoth clash with the Gunners next week.

They also will still have a game in hand so it really is crunch time.

As for the Blues, they need a result to keep their top five hopes alive with Liverpool's win yesterday stretching the gap to five points.

Chelsea haven't beaten City since the 2021 Champions League final, which feels a lifetime ago given none of their squad today played in that final.

Spurs are sat in 18th, two points adrift of safety and West Ham.

Forest's point moves them three clear and level on points with Leeds.

The third last game of the season? Spurs vs. Leeds.

The last game of the season? West Ham vs. Leeds.

Incredible drama ahead.

FULL TIME - Sunderland 1-0 Tottenham

Roberto De Zerbi's arrival has no immediate impact as Spurs suffer yet another loss.

They are now officially in the bottom three and are still without a win in 2026.

What a contrast in fortunes for these two clubs.
