Defeat at St James’ Park coupled with victory for the Gunners over Tottenham saw Pep Guardiola’s side slip to third place in the table and seven points off the summit.

Leeds, however, have lost their last three, conceding eight goals in the process and begin the weekend in the relegation zone ahead of a brutal run of fixtures that sees them host Chelsea and then Liverpool next week.

Here’s everything you need to know about the game…

Date, kick-off time and venue

Man City vs Leeds is scheduled for a 3pm GMT kick-off on Saturday, November 29, 2025.

The match will take place at Etihad Stadium, in Manchester.

Man City vs Leeds team news

Pep Guardiola’s decision to make ten changes for the midweek Champions League tie ultimately backfired and he will be expected to recall most, if not all, for the visit of Leeds.

This means Gianluigi Donnarumma should replace James Trafford in goal and Erling Haaland - born in Leeds - is restored up front as he bids to extend his lead at the top of the Premier League scoring charts.

Elsewhere, the likes of Ruben Dias, Phil Foden, Bernardo Silva, Jeremy Doku and Rayan Cherki are all in line to start.

Rodri could miss out again as he continues to recover from a hamstring injury that has sidelined him since the win over Bournemouth, while Mateo Kovacic is a long-term absentee.

Leeds will definitely be without Anton Stach due to concussion protocols after the midfielder landed awkwardly following an aerial challenge with Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez last week.

Ao Tanaka is likely to get the nod in the engine room, but under pressure manager Daniel Farke has no other injury concerns ahead of the daunting fixture.
