Marc Guehi could make his City debut after his move from Crystal Palace was confirmed this week.

His availability is a major boost for Guardiola, who has been suffering with a serious injury crisis at centre-back.

John Stones, Ruben Dias and Josko Gvardiol are all out, while Oscar Bobb “said he was injured”, according to his manager. The young forward is thought to be nearing a move away from the Etihad Stadium this month, with Fulham reported to have tabled a bid.

Matheus Nunes is a doubt due to a virus, while Savinho, Nico Gonzalez, Mateo Kovacic and Oscar Bobb remain sidelined. Antoine Semenyo is set to return after he was ineligible against Bodo/Glimt.

As for Wolves, Toti and Jean-Ricner Bellegarde are their two injury absentees.
