Even at a time when Vinicius Jr. appears to have somewhat won the dressing room war with Xabi Alonso, his future at Real Madrid is far from certain.

After all, Alonso has managed to garner the support of the management, which is likely to adhere to whatever he wishes in the coming summer.

One of the first things on the agenda could be to secure the exit of Vinicius, should Real Madrid fail to renew his contract.

Manchester United ready to make a move

Now, in a major revelation, it appears Vinicius has already found himself a potential suitor in the form of Manchester United.

According to Defensa Central, the Premier League giants are ready to go all out on Vinicius in the summer of 2026 and have received the green light to spend €200 million.

Indeed, the Red Devils are prepared to splash the cash on the Brazilian international, who they want to turn into Cristiano Ronaldo – a marketing face and a potential Ballon d’Or winner.

Real Madrid, for their part, are not keen on listening to offers just yet. Their priority is to renew the contract of the forward, who is still rated highly at the club.

At the same time, Los Blancos are unlikely to meet Vinicius’ salary demands, which could potentially pave the way for his exit in 2026.

At the end of the day, the decision rests with Vinicius. Leaving Real Madrid will be difficult but if they are not willing to meet his demands, he should have no shortage of alternatives.

Man United, to that end, is an interesting option for the Brazilian international. But from a sporting perspective, the club have been nowhere near their best and will not even be able to offer him Champions League football next season.

Therefore, it is unlikely Vinicius would consider a move to Old Trafford, unless the club are ready to offer a stellar salary package.
