Manchester United are through to the fifth round of the FA Cup after Harry Maguire's last-gasp header earned a 2-1 win over Leicester City at Old Trafford.
Maguire, who looked to be in offside position when Bruno Fernandes' free-kick was swung in, buried his header past the outstretched hand of Mads Hermansen, completing another turnaround for United after they had trailed at half-time.
Ruben Amorim handed Patrick Dorgu a first start, lining up on at right wing-back, but the Danish international was unable to spark United into life as they again struggled to find any kind of rhythm.
They failed to register a shot on target in the first 45 minutes and were then punished for a lapse in concentration at the back. Manuel Ugarte was dispossessed in his own half and after Wilfred Ndidi's close-range shot was parried by Andre Onana, Bobby Decordova-Reid was on hand to put Leicester ahead.
United brought on Alejandro Garnacho at half-time, replacing Dorgu, and the Argentine changed the dynamic and energy almost immediately. It was his incisive break to the byline that led to the equaliser, turned home from close range by Joshua Zirkzee.
It looked as if Leicester would hold on to take the game into extra-time, despite the home side pressing, but they lost track of Maguire at the back post and he powered a header past Hermansen - the lack of VAR meaning that the goal stood, sending the Red Devils into the fifth round.
