Manchester United want Porto striker Samu Aghehowa and left-back Francisco Moura, and their scouts have been gathering information on them, according to the Daily Mail.
The Spain international forward ran the defence of the Red Devils ragged earlier back in October, bagging a brace in the 3-3 draw in the Europa League game, and it appears his performance caught their attention.
Man United had scouts watching Aghehowa and Moura in the Liga Portugal last night against Casa Pia, and the former notched a goal and assist as Porto ran out 2-0 winners.
The 20-year-old has now scored 13 goals in 14 appearances across the league and Europa League this term, weighing in with an assist.
He scored nine times in 35 La Liga games last term and is on course to double that return after hitting the ground running in the Portuguese top-flight.
The Man United target was very close to joining Chelsea for £35 million last summer and could be moving to the Premier League should Red Devils head coach Ruben Amorim sanction a move.
It remains to be seen if the Old Trafford club will look to sign a striker in January with both Joshua Zirkzee and Rasmus Hojlund impressing in recent games, but they could move for a left-back after Luke Shaw suffered an injury setback on Tuesday.
While Tyrell Malacia is finally back in action, Man United could do with another option in the position, and Moura fits the bill.
The 25-year-old has seven assists in 20 appearances this term and can also play in midfield, which makes him suitable for the left wing-back role.
The Porto star is a brilliant crosser, a feature Amorim looks for in his wing-backs, and a move could be on the cards in January or next summer if Man United are convinced he is their man.
