As the summer transfer window closed, Paris Saint-Germain showed interest in Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman, and recent reports suggest they might reignite their pursuit in January. However, they could face stiff competition for his signature.
PSG’s struggles in front of goal have highlighted the need for attacking reinforcements. Lookman, who has been linked with clubs like Arsenal and Liverpool in the past, has made a strong impression since joining Atalanta in 2022.
Last month, Florian Plettenberg of Sky Sport Germany reported that Lookman is open to a new challenge, fueling speculation about a potential winter move.
Although Atalanta president Antonio Percassi blocked a summer transfer for the 26-year-old, a January deal remains possible. Lookman, who is under contract until 2026, is valued at around €25 million to €30 million.

CaughtOffside reports that Manchester United are ready to compete with Real Madrid to sign the Atalanta winger in the summer.
Earlier this month, TEAMtalk reported that West Ham United are among several clubs monitoring Ademola Lookman, the Atalanta winger who has caught the eye of teams looking to bring him back to the Premier League. The report also indicates that Atalanta are asking for over £60 million for any potential sale.
