Man Utd star to miss game against Crystal Palace | OneFootball

Matheus Cunha is set to miss out again when Manchester United take on Crystal Palace on Saturday.

The forward was absent from United’s dismal home defeat to Everton on Monday night and is not fit enough to return.

Though boss Ruben Amorim says he should be back in time for the game against West Ham next week.

Benjamin Sesko also remains out, as does defender Harry Maguire.

 “Sesko a little bit more time,” Amorim said.

“Harry [Maguire] the same. Matheus the next one [game], not this one.”

Following a brutal defeat to ten man Everton on Monday night Amorim reflected on the week.

“It is the same thing we had to win every game all the time last year and we took criticism because we are not winning. There is no excuses. If I look at the game, we should have more points. We lost control. We should have more points, and that is disappointing.”

He continued, “It was a tough week, as it should be. But the process needs to continue and we need to go for the next game.”
