Erling Haaland could slam the door on Manchester City as early as next June.

Although his contract runs until 2034, the future of Erling Haaland at Manchester City may not be as secure as it seems. Keith Wyness, former sporting director of Aston Villa, has hinted that a departure at the end of the season is possible, according to information from Sport.

"I think Erling Haaland could leave at the end of this season. There’s a lot of talk about Vinicius Junior possibly leaving Real Madrid for Saudi Arabia. The rumors of a €200 million transfer for the Brazilian could push the Spanish club to make an offer for Haaland," he said. Such a scenario could see Los Blancos make a move for Haaland, even though convincing Manchester City and taking on the striker’s massive salary would be a major feat.

At the start of this season with Manchester City, Erling Haaland has already netted 15 goals in all competitions, and 24 if you include his performances with Norway.
