Arriving at Manchester City this winter, Antoine Semenyo wasted no time adapting to his new surroundings.
The Ghanaian international (32 caps, 3 goals) made his mark yet again during the home clash against Fulham (3-0) on Wednesday evening as part of Matchday 26 of the Premier League. Manchester City emerged victorious, thanks in particular to a goal and an assist from their new attacking asset.
It was the fifth goal for the former Brentford winger, who also has 2 assists to his name in the Sky Blue shirt. These are impressive numbers considering he has only played eight matches under Pep Guardiola so far.
Compared to Savinho, who was signed in 2024 from Troyes for a fee of 25 million euros, the Brazilian needed 71 matches to reach the milestone of 5 goals.
In 25 Premier League appearances, the London-born forward has netted 13 goals and provided 4 assists, quickly establishing himself as an undisputed starter despite fierce competition.
