The Man Utd boss knows his side will have to suffer during this period
Sesko will require further tests on a knee injury picked up in the 2-2 draw away against Tottenham in the Premier League at the weekend.
The £74 million summer signing came off the bench during the second half, but was unable to see out the game following a last-ditch challenge from Micky van de Ven after hestitating when through on goal.
Sesko received treatment from the United medical staff before heading straight down the tunnel, leaving his side to finish the game with ten men because Ruben Amorim had already used up all of his substitutions.
It has since been confirmed that Sesko will not feature for Slovenia in their upcoming World Cup qualifciation double-header, though the Red Devils are understood to not believe it is a major injury at this point,
A Man United statement reads: “Benjamin Sesko was named in the Slovenia squad for the World Cup qualifiers against Kosovo and Sweden, but has not reported at this time, after being injured in the 2-2 draw at Spurs.
“The striker came on as a substitute but was unable to complete the closing stages of the game.”

Amorim admitted his concern for Sesko during the post-match press conference and will be hopeful of having the striker available for selection sooner rather than later.
However, if Sesko is forced to sit on the sidelines for an extended period, then United head coach will almost certainly be without three forwards during a crucial period of the season.
As Cameroon and Ivory Coast have successfully qualified for the Africa Cup of Nations, it means Bryan Mbeumo and Amad Diallo - if selected - will be away at the tournament for potentially up to a month.
AFCON this year is being held in Morocco from December 21, 2025 to January 18, 2026.
Amorim has already acknowledged the disruption his side are likely to face during a period where they must negotiate six Premier League fixtures and an FA Cup third round tie.
"We will have time to suffer. We are going to struggle a little bit, but we already knew it's going to be an opportunity,” he said in the pre-Nottingham Forest press conference.
“When I watch the training, there are players that should be playing, but it's hard with one game to take some players from the team, because they are doing well also during the training in games.

“So other players are going to have the opportunity to help us.
"They are understanding the way we want to play, so if we are improving on that, the change of characteristics is not going to change the idea or the momentum of the team.
“But let's use Amad and Bryan in these games and we will see in general."
