Manchester United interested in signing Adrien Rabiot | OneFootball

According to L’Équipe, Manchester United are interested in signing Adrien Rabiot (29) on a free transfer during the summer transfer window. The former Juventus midfielder is available on a free transfer after deciding against extending his contract with the Serie A club.

Rabiot is targeting a move to the Premier League for his next move, according to Fabrizio Romano. This strengthens their pursuit of the midfielder against other interested parties. Real Madrid, Barcelona and AC Milan are also interested in signing the France international midfielder as a free agent, Foot Mercato report.

Midfield rebuild

Rabiot is one of many midfielders that United are targeting. Paris Saint-Germain’s Manuel Ugarté (23) is also a target as they look to bolster their midfield. However, the Premier League outfit are looking at selling two of their current midfielders to fund these moves with Casemiro and Scott McTominaty at the top of that list, L’Équipe report.
