Manchester United begin their pre-season campaign this weekend as preparations kickstart for the 2026/27 campaign.

The Red Devils will be under the permanent management of Michael Carrick this season, following his immediate impact as caretaker manager.

United will also return to the Champions League after securing a top-three finish in the Premier League, and will take on some top-tier opposition during their summer schedule.

Carrick’s side begin their summer fixture list against ambitious Championship side Wrexham in Helsinki, before taking on Rosenborg six days later.

United also face Atletico Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Leeds United, and AC Milan before their Premier League opener against Hull City on August 22nd.

The clash with Leeds is a historic occasion. It’s the first time a club football fixture has ever been played at Ireland’s largest stadium, Croke Park.
