Red Devils continue post-Erik ten Hag era with difficult game against in-form Blues
Manchester United host Chelsea in a heavyweight Premier League clash on Sunday.
It is the first League fixture for United since the sacking of Erik ten Hag earlier this week, with interim manager Ruud van Nistelrooy claiming a big 5-2 win in his first game in charge against Leicester in the Carabao Cup.
The Blues, meanwhile, followed up their Cole Palmer-inspired 2-1 win over Newcastle with a 2-0 defeat against the same opponent in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night.
However, Enzo Maresca’s side have impressed this season and have lost only once on the road in the League under his watch thus far.
Here’s everything you need to know about where to watch the game.
Manchester United vs Chelsea is scheduled for a 4.30pm GMT kick-off time on Sunday 3 November, 2024.
Old Trafford in Manchester will host.

Chelsea are expected to make big changes to the team who lost to Newcastle, with all of Maresca’s big hitters set to come back in. Jadon Sancho is ineligible against his former club.
United will no doubt have been boosted by their midweek result and perhaps Van Nistelrooy is in line for a new manager bounce.
Still, with Chelsea back to full strength, they are a formidable opponent.
