The Premier League returns this lunchtime with a Manchester derby clash at Old Trafford. Michael Carrick has made five changes as he takes charge of Manchester United for the first time since his appointment as head coach until the end of the season, dropping Matheus Cunha and Benjamin Sesko for a daunting opening challenge against a Manchester City side seeking to get their title bid back on track and start putting some pressure on Arsenal.

Carrick has shrugged off headline-grabbing personal pre-match comments made by Roy Keane ahead of his return to the dugout, insisting that scrutiny from fellow ex-United players does not bother him.
