Ruben Amorim handed major injury boost in attempt to continue winning run
United beat FCSB 2-0 in the Europa League on Thursday evening to make it four consecutive wins under Ruben Amorim.
The Red Devils host Palace on Sunday aiming to move up the Premier League table and could have Luke Shaw available.
Shaw has recently returned to United training, albeit the left-back sat out of Thursday’s game in a bid to further build-up his fitness after such a long absence.
Alejandro Garnacho and Amad Diallo both started on the bench in Romania, although they both came on in the second-half. Garnacho was suffering with illness, while Amorim confirmed Amad was “on the limit”, having played so often in recent weeks.
Andre Onana is expected to return in goal, while Marcus Rashford’s first-team exile is likely to continue.
Mason Mount and Jonny Evans are injury doubts for United.
