Manuel Locatelli reaches 200 appearances for Juventus | OneFootball

The Serie A match against Cagliari at the Allianz Stadium was a particularly special one for Manuel Locatelli, who, wearing the captain's armband, reached the milestone of 200 appearances in a Juventus Men’s First Team shirt.

The 27-year-old midfielder arrived in Turin in the summer of 2021 and is currently the player with the most appearances for Juventus in the current team. He has been a key figure in recent seasons, carving out an important role for himself both on and off the pitch. He made his debut for Juventus on 22 August 2021, coming on as a substitute in the final minutes of an away match against Udinese.

From then on, Manuel grew and matured whilst wearing black and white. He achieved another great milestone against Cagliari in the past: wearing the captain's armband for the first time. It was 11 November 2023, and from that moment on, Locatelli was able to take on the role of leader and guide of the group.

And now, again against the Sardinian side, he has reached another important milestone in his history at Juventus.
