Marseille join race to sign Inter Milan’s Benjamin Pavard | OneFootball

Olympique de Marseille have become the fourth club to show an interest in signing Inter Milan defender Benjamin Pavard (29), according to a report from L’Équipe.

Saudi side Neom SC have already registered a strong interest in the France international. They are offering for Pavard to become one of the best-paid players in the Saudi Pro League, however, for now, he has yet to open the door to the possibility of making the move to the Gulf State.

Galatasaray are interested, too, but a deal could prove to be financially difficult for the Turkish giants. Lille OSC are interested in bringing the player back to the club, and whilst Pavard is interested, a deal would be financially difficult for the club to pull off.

Marseille have also now joined the race. Finances would be less of an issue, however, currently, their interest is less concrete. Pavard would be open to a return to Ligue 1 this summer, and has a real possibility of leaving Inter Milan.
