Olympique de Marseille remain without some key players, however, despite managing an ongoing pubalgia issue, Nayef Aguerd is expected to be available to face Lille OSC on Friday evening.
Aguerd is being managed ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations, and Roberto De Zerbi has previously said that the Morocco international will only play in the big games. He may only start from the bench against Lille.
Matt O’Riley is expected to start in the No.10 role tonight, as per L’Équipe, as De Zerbi continues to experiment in this position. Ahead of a match on Union Saint-Gilloise on Tuesday night, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg may get some rest and could start the game from the bench.
Facundo Medina, Hamed Junior Troaré, and Amine Gouiri all remain out for Les Phocéens.
