Olympique de Marseille have reached an agreement with Championnat National side FC Sochaux-Montbéliard to sign midfielder Victor Joseph (19), according to a report from Fabrizio Romano

Romano writes that it will be a permanent move and that all the documents have been signed for him to complete his transfer. Joseph will be leaving a Sochaux side that looks to be competing for a return to Ligue 2. They are currently third in the third tier, six points behind league leaders FC Rouen.

Joseph, a Haitian youth international, has made nine appearances for the senior side, including six this season, three in the league and three in the cup. He was left on the bench for Socahux’s exit to RC Lens in the Coupe de France, having made appearances in all the previous rounds.

His signing will be one for the future for Les Phocéens, with it being unlikely that the teenager will play a part in the club’s campaign across three competitions.
