Illan Meslier has already been on the move this summer. The Frenchman joined Arsenal in order to be the third-choice goalkeeper, behind David Raya and Kepa. He made the move to the reigning Premier League champions following the expiry of his contract at Leeds United. Prior to leaving Elland Road, he had lost his place as the club’s No.1.

Meslier could be set for another move this summer, as per a report from Foot Mercato. The former FC Lorient shotstopper is a target for Olympique de Marseille, who have already lost No.1 goalkeeper Gerónimo Rulli this summer. The Argentine has left for Manchester City, where he is the No.2 option. Jeffrey De Lange, who started in the opening day win over RC Strasbourg Alsace, is not guaranteed to remain at the Vélodrome either.

Whilst Meslier is an option for OM, the club must still sell. As exclusively reported by Get French Football News, Marseille also hold an interest in Standard Liege goalkeeper Matthieu Epolo.
